Eric J. Speckman is the Director of Leasing for Charlotte East Office Community.  In this role, he is responsible for overseeing leasing at each of Kellogg Development Companies assets as well as working on new acquisitions in the Southeast.  Eric is a native Charlottean and received a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Currently, Eric is working on a Master of Business Administration through the weekend MBA program at UNC Chapel Hill.  Prior to joining Kellogg Development Company, Eric was a Senior Associate with CB Richard Ellis with brokerage experience in office, industrial, and investment properties.  Eric holds an active broker license in North Carolina and South Carolina.
